Terms of Service

Anyone may hang work; directors choose what is featured and what is printed. Applying does not entitle you to be shown. Artists show anonymously, under no contract, and may leave at any time.

Artists show without a name. The gallery and its directors will not confirm, deny, hint at, or otherwise disclose the identity behind any artist wallet — to a collector, a member of the press, another artist, or anyone else — at any time, before or after a sale, whether or not the information is already circulating elsewhere. There is no confidential exception and no commercial one: identity is never disclosed as an inducement to buy.

This applies identically to every artist. No artist receives a different arrangement on account of an existing reputation.

There is no contract binding any artist, and this creates none. An artist may leave whenever they like and owes the gallery nothing. But the arrangement runs one way only: if an artist publicly claims authorship of work shown here, they cease to be shown here, and the gallery still makes no statement about it. Work already minted remains on the blockchain and outside anyone’s control, including ours.

If an artist’s identity is established by a third party — traced on-chain, guessed, or leaked — the artist has broken nothing and continues to show. Our silence is not conditional on the information being secret.

The limit of this clause: it binds the gallery and its directors. It does not and cannot bind what an artist says about their own work elsewhere.

The other half of the arrangement. Directors curate under their own public handles and their curating wallets are published, so every work can be credited to the eye that chose it. Accepting a directorship means accepting that attribution. Anonymity is for the maker; the responsibility for what is shown is not anonymous.

The gallery’s market fee is 4.2069% of a primary sale. It is fixed in the contract code and never raised. Secondary marketplaces are signaled the same rate via EIP-2981, but honoring it is up to them.

Purchases settle on public blockchains. Transactions are final and irreversible; we cannot reverse, refund, or recover them. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and the network fees you pay. Nothing here is financial advice.

Artists retain the rights to their work except as needed to display and sell it here. You may not use the gallery to submit content you have no right to, or that is unlawful. We may decline or remove anything.

Comments left on a work are public and attributed to your wallet address. Don’t post anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to post. We may remove comments and withdraw access.

The site and contracts are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the gallery is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, wallets, smart contracts, or on-chain activity.
