Privacy Policy

When you apply, we collect the contact email, statement, links, chains, and referral you submit. That’s it. We don’t use analytics cookies or third-party trackers, and the artwork itself is rendered without external requests.

Your application is read by directors to decide whether to bring your work into a season. Your email is used only to reach you if they do. We never publish it, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the gallery.

Works live on a public blockchain (Base). Transactions, addresses, and token ownership are public by nature and outside our control. We never attach your name to any of it — but the chain records what the chain records.

The site is served over HTTPS, so everything between your browser and us is encrypted in transit. What we store — conferring messages and comments — is additionally encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, so a copy of the database is unreadable without the key.

There are no passwords to steal: you sign in by signing a message with your wallet, which moves no funds and grants no spending permission. Permissions are read from the chain, not from an account we keep.

Application email is delivered through Resend. A confirmation may be sent to you; every message includes an unsubscribe option.

We keep applications only as long as useful for curation. To have yours deleted, or to ask what we hold, email directors@thisisanartgallery.com.
